Hitanshu, collected me at the door and was chatty and welcoming. He asked me to do certain stretch positions so he could assess my needs and also asked of any ailments I had. He then gave me options and got to work on the key areas I needed addressing. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. I will be returning. Highly recommended.

Hitsnshu knows what he’s doing. I went for a sports massage and Hitanshu did just what was needed, I’ve been looking for a good place for a while. I made him aware of a couple of injuries I’ve had and he made sure to be wary of them throughout and still gave a great massage. Thanks

I had been suffering with knee pain causing me limp, which has now been diagnosed as osteoarthritis. I was recommended to have a sports massage with Hitanshu to help alleviate the pain. Best advice ever, not only has the pain gone but I am no longer limping.
Hitanshu takes time to understand your problems to work out the best treatment for you. Everything is explained, he makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. So far I have had sports massage and cupping and I will be booking in at least once to twice a month.
