It was overall a great experience and the difference it made was grand. Hitanshu is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly . He explains the process as he is doing a massage and how to avoid getting the same problems again. I would definitely recommend.

One of the best massage sessions I’ve ever had.
I do wrestling and jiu-jitsu, and I usually have knee and neck pain. So, I surely suggest all the athletes in Leeds to do at least one session a month with this professional master of sports massage!
