I had a sports massage with IASTM. Oh wow! I have had a couple of normal sports massages at the same venue but was advised that due to knots and overuse of certain mucsles it would only provide temporary relief and the IASTM could provide an actual gradual treatment. This advice was bang on.
After my 1st session nerve pinching has ceased in my shoulder and neck & pins and needles has not yet returned - which it would normally have by now.
I will rebook in a few weeks. P.S Bruising is normal!

Paris is very knowledgable in what he does. I like the fact that he will work to your pain threshold when dealing with muscle problems because I often need a stronger deeper treatment to get to the deeper layers of tissue. I always leave feeling much better.
