Amazing massage - really relaxing and calming atmosphere. Ana Bela was absolutely lovely and welcoming and the massage was one of the best I've had! Will definitely be going back!

Ana was so lovely and very professional. The space was very clean and calm and the massage was lovely. Ana was sure to check the level of pressure and was thorough in helping release tight knots.

I had my first Reiki treatment with Ana Bela and she was incredible. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome as a first timer and I instantly felt at ease in her studio. The whole experience was incredibly profound and effective in addressing my needs. I will definitely be returning and I recommend Ana Bela’s practice to anyone interested in holistic therapy and Reiki.

Super lovely and friendly. Professional and made sure to ask about my previous massages, medical history (if needed, injuries for example) etc. Ambience was relaxed and cosy, nice warm room and she used hot towels to keep you comfortable. Oh and the massage table was heated! Loved it! Went in with a very painful glute muscle with a trapped nerve and left feeling a lot better.
