I had my first Reiki treatment with Ana Bela and she was incredible. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome as a first timer and I instantly felt at ease in her studio. The whole experience was incredibly profound and effective in addressing my needs. I will definitely be returning and I recommend Ana Bela’s practice to anyone interested in holistic therapy and Reiki.

Ana Bela was so sweet and made me feel very relaxed. She was very attentive to what I wanted and how I felt. The studio was beautiful and very comforting. Would 10/10 recommend, perfect start to the New Year ;)

Super lovely and friendly. Professional and made sure to ask about my previous massages, medical history (if needed, injuries for example) etc. Ambience was relaxed and cosy, nice warm room and she used hot towels to keep you comfortable. Oh and the massage table was heated! Loved it! Went in with a very painful glute muscle with a trapped nerve and left feeling a lot better.

Ana Bela is welcoming and friendly and the Indian head massage was wonderful, really relaxing and soothing. Highly recommend, I will be returning to try the other treatments!

Ana really paid attention to detail and always asked to make sure the pressure wasn’t too hard or soft.
