I've been curious about Reiki for a while and feel grateful to have come across Ana Bela. She explained the process very clearly and I felt reassured and more balanced after my first session. Highly recommend and I'll be back for more treatments :)

My first time having a massage and Ana was very thorough in explaining what options was available. As I came in she had a lovely welcoming face with a pleasant attitude. My first and I don't think I can go anywhere else. The relaxing feeling I felt by the atmosphere I heard the bell ring and could not believe 60 minutes had flown by so fast. I was so happy with going with the 60 minutes treatment as I probably would cried kivking and screaming leaving.
