After I made my booking I turned up to get my nails done to be greated by the receptionist who went 'oh no! I wanted to get my nails done and I want to go home soon' in turn they made me - a paying customer leave and return for an hour later, when I come back the receptionist having her nails done still hadn't chosen her colour and then I had to wait over an extra half an hour. I was actually shocked by their level of customer service! I won't be going back.
