Pam is always very welcoming making me feel at ease. Pam has a wealth of knowledge answering all my questions. The treatment on this occasion leg hair laser is carried out professionally with Pam always checking that everything is ok with me. I discussed some other treatments with Pam, I never feel she is trying to sell me anything. Always gives me factual advice and leaves it up to me if I want to take it up.
