Pam was really great! She explained the whole process in detail and very clearly. She was very reassuring and gentle with the treatment going at my pace and comfort level. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed too.

Pam was very welcoming and friendly putting me at ease straight away. She is obviously very knowledgeable and skilled at her trade, ensuring I fully understood what I can expect from the treatment itself and the results. She also made sure to check how I was throughout the treatment and adjusted the levels whenever required. I would highly recommend!
