Great experience. Staff were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment and Lorena was friendly and efficient. Very much appreciated the offer of a cup of tea on a cold day as well

Had my haircut with junior stylist Lara! She was so lovely and took her time to make sure all was right! She also gave me a lovely head massage when washing my hair! Lovely added bonus!
