Pretty good - I did request massage not to go up into my hair as its sensitive on my scalp and that wasn't followed, other than that a really good massage.

polish applied badly and left patchy. shellac removal for poor and i had to ask the therapist to soak for longer as she was scraping very hard on my nails. the therapist was also not able to communicate well or answer questions I had
