A happy returning customer!
Last month I went to get my colour fixed and today I went to get some layers and a nice shape to my cut. I’m as happy as I was the last time. Everything was just perfect.
Third massage here, I like a proper deep tissue massage & that is exactly what you get - feel great!
This was my first post-lockdown haircut/styling and the salon is fully equipped for operating under the current pandemic so I felt safe the entire time.
And I can’t say enough about Francesco’s work! He’s a true professional who did exactly what I asked him to do, unlike many others who just take the liberty to do whatever *they* feel like doing with your hair. I haven’t been this happy with a hair treatment in a long time and will be a returning customer for sure!
The treatment and cut were great and the blowdry was nice. However I did notice after I left that my roots felt a bit damp and sticky/greasy. I'm not sure if it was from the treatment or the serum used pre-blowdrying so that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Staff were all lovely and friendly with tips and advice. Venue is nice, and nice to see they are following social distancing rules as best they can.
