I was allowed to amend my appointment time at short notice which was really helpful and I only had to wait 5 minutes once I arrived.. I had a good experience although the appointment did seem a little rushed even though it was not the end of the day and there were no customers waiting after me.. also I didn't get a complementary mini hand and foot massage that normally comes as standard with a manicure and pedicure.
