I love Mai doing my nails. She is such a hard worker. I just feel like every time I use treatwell, it’s like they don’t know I’m coming!!! The guys work so hard in there but I really feel the booking system to do with a make over. I book as I’m always busy and need to know when they are available but when I go in it feels like they are always under it, but my nails are always excellent! Management- please sort this out as I really wanna keep using you. It’s such a lovely nail bar 👍
