After waiting twenty minutes for my pre booked was and tint I was directed into a back room and not asked how I would like shape or anything. The wax must have been old as although it was boiling hot (and has actually scarred my eye it was that hot) it was thick and lumpy and hard to spread. With no cream to subsidise the burning from the wax tint was applied. Another customer came in and I was forgotten about. I had to ask twice for the tint to be removed. when removed, awful result.

So disappointed, Shellac was chipped by the end of the day. Had to go back and have them repair it.
