Em was vey welcoming and was able to answer all my questions and worry. During micro blading, she reassured me on what she was doing and kept asking how I was feeling. I felt she really understood the look I was going for, and was able to make it happen with the finished result. I love the shape of my brows, looks natural! Highly recommend
