Overall it was a very good experience. The treatment room is nicely decorated and we'll equipped. The beautician explains everything she is doing. The products are good. I especially enjoyed the face massage. Just one slightly less pleasant thing. The cream got into my eyes and I had tears for about 10 minutes after the facial until it was washed out. Nevertheless I will make another booking shortly.

Szandra is an excellent and caring person. The moment you step into the shop, she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. And even during the process/after the process, she reassures you and has an eye for detail! 100% recommend her for any first-timers or customers looking for a change of environment. She really is a breath of fresh air!
