I booked a Hollywood wax and lash extensions to be done on separate days and I couldn’t find a time slot for a patch test to be done and Szandra was accommodating and contacted me to let me know I could just come in one go to get my patch test done the same day as my wax. During my wax she was very friendly & reassuring and made me feel at ease & her wax technique was not painful and she was very hygienic in using different spatulas every time she waxed a new area. Would high recommend
