Nails were fine. I booked the wrong thing (infills with normal colour, I thought this meant no designs, my mistake). The lady doing my nails suddenly started on me, saying that she remembered me from before and that I'd done the same thing to get cheaper nails but I should have booked X treatment instead. I said that was not me, but she kept arguing back. Out of awkwardness I left it at that. She then left and someone else took over.
Please ensure you have the right person before accusing them.
