Not the relaxing massage I had booked. The previous session had over ran so my session was 20 minutes late starting, the location was not as photographed and looked as if it had been set up in a rush that morning. There was no music so the only “relaxing” sounds was the sound of the air con unit. The masseuse didn’t leave the room as I was changing and instead held up a towel for me to change behind. The blinds to the room weren’t lowered so any potential passerby could have seen in.

When I arrives there was problem with my booking eventually they sorted it out ,not happy with the room was cold but the therapist was good not sure I will go back to the same palace

Mixed feelings the masseur was actually good at massage but the venue &time was changed on the day to an unsanitary tiny room with a towel
Over a window. The massage bed was unhygienic & I wish I’d have left.It was like getting an albeit hood massage in a refugee tent camp . I booked 90mins it lasted just over 1 hour . I was told I’d get a complimentary gift bag as an apology for the venue , they gave me a can of tango & cheap cake bars ! Very odd experience !

I had one of the best and relaxing massages. Samara is such a knowledgeable and experienced therapist. She is also very personable and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome goody bag that I received on the day. Overall, an A 🌟 experience and high quality service! Thank you
