I have to be honest, I left feeling quite disappointed with the experience. There was a noticeable amount of waiting time during the session while the practitioner was trying to get the cups and cupping gun working properly, which made the treatment feel quite disjointed and less relaxing than I had expectedGiven the price of the session, I was also expecting a smoother and more complete experience, so this added to my disappointment.

Bad experience sadly. I went in for a head massage and seemed like the therapists' first time - the flat hand palming of my hair frayed each strand and created a nest on my head which has led to lasting damage. It is still extremely frizzy on a daily basis and a number of masques and treatments have not fixed it :(
Additionally, her phone was buzzing on the SAME table as me, and she would respond to texts during the massage! Also, no face towel, so i was directly pressed against the table...
