So so pleased with my hair extensions by Shannon, from the weeks before and on the day, I felt at ease, excited and so relaxed. She took such care to explain every detail of what she was doing and how best to care for the extensions going forward, a really lovely experience , lovely salon and the people are so friendly-nothing is too much trouble !!
I made the hard decision of cutting my usually long hair down to a shoulder length bob. I had an image in my head of what I wanted it to look like and to my delight it turned out perfectly ! Glenn knew exactly what I wanted and went over and above to make sure I was happy with my hair. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my hair looks and feels amazing!
