Thoughtful consultation leads to the customer receiving thorough and good advice that can be taken with confidence. Absolutely loved my hair and felt wonderful for the change and the warm welcome. Also the only place that has ever asked to do a patch test before applying colour so I knew that I was in excellent hands.
