This salon and its staff always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful cut and colour as always by the Lovely Jo, she really takes time to make you feel special
I first went to TAG to do a weeks worth of work experience, in which resulted in more permanent work. Even though I was not interested in actually becoming a hairdresser myself the TAG team welcomed me and took me under their wing. After working and watching the team it made me wonder why I had never visited the salon before. The TAG team are a family, so welcoming and friendly and Antoinette and Glenn are truly credits to themselves for running such a professional and loving salon. It truly is a pleasant atmosphere and all staff are wonderful and happy to help, to new and long time clients.
I experienced first hand some of the outstanding work the staff have to offer after a beautiful wash, cut and blow dry by the lovely Shannon, gorgeous highlights by enthusiastic trainee Callum and a miracle by Glenn!
After dying my hair pink after playing the role of Frenchy in a production of Grease I was left with an awful colour and condition of my hair. Glenn worked his magic and I can't believe the results! He turned my hair from an awful bright pink to a beautiful blonde. He was very reassuring and looked after me. He didn't rush and took his time ensuring I was happy with the results. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable after sleepless nights of worrying about what to do with my pink stained hair.
Without a doubt this is the best salon I have ever stepped into (and I'm not just saying this because I worked there.) I have never felt so welcomed, and trusted a group of people with my hair before. However after seeing the work they do first hand and experiencing it myself I would highly recommend the salon to anyone.
It was my first time at tag and after having many bad experiences with other hair dressers not listening and just doing what they wanted I was sooooo happy after leaving there with what I wanted and felt shannon listened but also told me what would also be best I have found a hair dressers I will be going back to the place is lovely the people were so friendly I would highly recomend it
