I visited this place for the first time today and had absolutely the worst customer service experience in my life. To start with, although they advertise a half an hour service, I was pressured into booking for an hour. The masseuse I got was coughing over me during the massage. She also focussed on only one side of my back, and when I suggested she do the other side she got offended and stormed out. I could hear a loud argumentative conversation between the staff outside the massage room for a few minutes while I was waiting halfway through the massage. Then another lady came in and asked me rudely "what's wrong with you?". To which my response was "what do you mean, and what happened to the first masseuse". She said "I don't know, I'll do the rest of the massage". She was uninterested and harsh with the massage. I was covered in a strong stinging ointment all over. Then she got a hot towel and burnt my neck with it. She did not wipe off the oil and ointment from the rest of my body. When she finished, I expressed my disappointment with the service. She started arguing with me with the door open while I was still dressing up, so I asked her to provide me privacy and that I would talk to them at the reception.
I then relayed my experience to the receptionist, who was quite understanding. However, during my conversation, both the masseuses came out and started verbally abusing me with the most vulgar language. The receptionist apologised for their behaviour and kindly provided me the manager's details. Certainly not going back with the way the treat their customers.
it is close to the tube station. I arrived on time but the massage started a 10-15 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. Good theraphist who checked a few times with regards to pressure.
