Not the warmest of welcomes, but polite enough. The facilities were clean and well presented for the space available. Felt overall taken care of. The massage was VERY hard, almost too much pressure for me, and the technician did not let up after I yelled 'ouch' ! Very thorough, if not the most relaxing experience. The after treatment tea was a nice touch.
