I’m really sorry, but I was quite disappointed with my nail service. The nails are already breaking and feel very thin, which shouldn’t happen only two days after the appointment. I paid £85 in total for nails and toes but didn’t receive a proper pedicure, as I hadn’t booked the spa option. Unfortunately, I’ll need to have my nails redone this week, so I’m requesting a refund for the nail service. The massage and Memo overall were great, but the manicure and pedicure were definitely not worth.
