I asked her to only cut and file a little bit, but she ended up cutting 80% of the length! Nails grow back but it was very disappointin. Also, shaping wasn’t great. The same technician gave me an awesome manicure a few weeks ago but I won’t come back

The massage was amazing but the manicure is the worst one I’ve had in a long time. The nail tech didn’t use acetone to remove my previous gel nails, instead she grated them down with a harsh tool that made them very fragile and bendy. They also didn’t push back the cuticle so the manicure looks like it’s already grown out despite being freshly done. The color choices were also lackluster, I didn’t find a color that I liked (I was looking for a pinkish nude or a milky white/light pink).
