The service, location and hospitality was great. Really can’t fault much, expect I did noticed there was multiple dipping of the wax stick. This is unhygienic and there is potential that germs are being harboured across clients. It would also be good to provide a towel or disposable sheet to cover yourself once you are undressed and the beautician needs to reenter the room (once the salon becomes busy). With a few changes to the waxing process, this place would easily be a 5/5.

Did my eyebrows perfectly! Very polite and friendly, even did a quick massage with the aloe vera gel afterwards. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others
