Extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £170 for a hair colour I didn’t ask for, jet black instead of my natural shade & was told to just wash it out because it was semi-permanent. Then I was told I’d need to pay again to fix it, despite the mistake not being mine.
Tarik was distracted during the appointment & didn’t pay proper attention while cutting my hair. I messaged afterwards to raise my concerns and overlooked even though they were active online. Its frustrating & disappointing.

The attention to detail Tariq gave to my hair was amazing. He started by understanding what I wanted and what I was comfortable with as I made a decision not to cover my greys. He explained the process and throughout the day he updated me on how my hair was taking to the treatment. I had lots of different colours in my hair and Tariq managed to remove it whilst protecting my hair even my baby hair. The end results was amazing not only did it look good he made me feel really happy about my greys.
