I have been a regular client since Jan 2023 for colour and cuts. The hair work has generally been good, but the service has been disappointing. I was told Tarik was “only focusing on big value jobs” for a £235 appointment. Appointments have also felt fragmented and poorly managed. Hair colour is an indulgent self-care spend, and the experience should feel professional, respectful and considered.

I got there 10 mins before my appointment. I was promptly sat down and Tarek came to talk to me few mins later.
He was attentive and I shown him photos of what I would like.
But I did tell to do what he thinks will suit my hair.
I have to say this is one of the best hair cuts I have ever had and the blow dry was out of this world.
He is friendly and listens to what you want and the gives you his professional opinion of what would suit you.
Staff weee all friendly.
