I visited your salon for a balayage, but unfortunately, it was the worst I've had. Uneven coloring, orange patches, and significant hair breakage left me dissatisfied. Despite attempts to fix it, the issue remains. I hope this feedback helps improve

Lachlan spent time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure we got it right from the start. He took in my inputs but also had initiative on styling and colouring which I appreciated. Very happy with my treatment! Will go back.
