My first time trying a new salon as I’ve just moved to London and it is one of the best haircuts I’ve had in ages! The stylist really understood what I wanted, and was very talented. Great experience!

Amazing staff, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Luisa was very knowledgeable and took me through the process, we discussed what I wanted, and she managed to match my vision perfectly. The colour, cut and blow dry were great.

At this salon they overcharge at any opportunity. I walked in to book my appointment and asked for permanent colour on my roots only (£55). During the appointment they continued to add on treatments and change treatments without my consent (changed roots to glossing). The bill was then 4 x more than I expected. I was charged for glossing which I did not ask for and also a wash! It also took a very long time - I was expecting to be in and out in an hour but three hours later I was still there.
