I came here on a recommendation. They said they could make it less dark by adding brown tones. They did roots, balayage and framed the face fringe parts, toner, cut and blowdry. Cost £££ expensive, took hours and it was ginger rather than brown tones. A week later they toned it and still didn’t get the chocolate brown tone. Colour looked the same as when I showed them but now hair dark all over with no lowlights. Wouldn’t waste money on colour and bleaching again. But cut A+
