I walked in to book my appointment and asked for permanent colour on my roots only (£55). During the appointment they continued to add on treatments and change treatments without my consent (changed roots to glossing). The bill was then 4 x more than I expected. I was charged for glossing which I did not ask for and also a wash! It also took a very long time - I was expecting to be in and out in an hour but three hours later I was still there.

I had a face framing balayage done by Tarik. He took time with the initial consultation which made me feel really assured. He took his time with the service and was honesty about what I can expect of the results with the toner. He’s passionate and so easy to talk to which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Louisa is also really lovely and helped at the time of consultation. I’d definitely reccomend coming here for your haircuts and colouring experiences.

The haircut and blow dry wasn’t as I was expected. Ok her times it has been wet much better .

What can I say 20 years+ and have never had a bad experience and even though I have moved I come here as will not trust any other team. Louisa, Tariq are both professional and knowledgeable and provide great results leaving you and your hair feeling great. Thank you guys
