I recently visited the salon for a wash, blow-dry and cut. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested in the booking reminders, but from the moment I walked in I felt a little out of place. I understand that different services may include different levels of hospitality, but on such a hot day I was surprised not to be offered even a glass of water, especially as I had arrived early and was waiting. The stylist was clearly very busy, and I completely appreciate that they needed to attend to others.
