So I actually had Tarik not Alex - Tarik is do knowledgable of colour and this is the first place where after a few weeks my colour isn’t brassy. He’s really talented and creative. Also exceptionally humble and friendly. This place is a real find.

Very pleased with my upkeep appointment of gloss & cut and Alex definitely knows how to blow dry hair! It’s always super fast and bouncy finish.

I went in to subtly cover my greys as they purport to specialise in this. They said they could not do that in 2 hours as it was an all day job. So I said several times I did not want my hair to be dark colour. instead they went ahead and coloured my hair very dark with red/purple overtones. When my grays come through it’s going to look awful. Then they charged me double. I told them I was not happy and they just said we explain everything upfront. Well I explained everything up front too!

Appointment was at 11:45. Started cutting my hair at 12:10 literally in rush as from body language could tell was distracted by something else. Lack of concentration as he did totally different style from what I requested. Haircut finished at 12:30(!!!), yes, 20 mins for a military haircut(not kidding). Very unprofessional, waste of £40. Shame.

Grey hair blending was completely new territory for me, and wow... I had no idea I was signing up for a marathon! 😅 It was a long process, but Alex made every hour so much easier.
He was patient, kind, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, hydrated, and doing okay. He answered every question I had (and I had plenty!) without ever making me feel like a bother. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the best result, and he put his heart into every step of the process.
