I had a fantastic experience with Tarik Johari at TAJ Hair Studio. He was brilliant throughout my balayage, gloss, root smudge, toner, K18 treatment, and cut. The only small downside was that no “after” video or photos were taken to share with friends and family, so I had to WhatsApp him afterwards to confirm exactly what had been done.
I’m really pleased with the result; my hair looks noticeably darker and more refined than I expected. I bought all the recommended products and will be returning

On a positive note, the stylists were professional and knew what they were doing. They were polite and we were very happy with the cut and style.
However we felt that the process was very rushed. There was not enough place for clients to sit.
The stylist whilst doing my hair kept moving to other clients in between my styling.
We were offered a drink but not until the end.
We had travelled a long way for this.
Hope the salon will take these comments on board ,hope it will be better next time.

Booked with Tarik for a grey blending/balayage as a present for my mum's 50th. I knew the results would be spectacular but seeing it in the flesh was absolutely magical. I was lucky enough to be there through the process to see his meticulous work and talent. My mum was quite anxious in the beginning but Tarik created a great and welcoming atmosphere for the both of us. Would 100% recommend to all friends and family. Will be definitely going back for a trim my self!
