Such a nice experience, from walking in the woman behind reception was so welcoming and friendly despite being on the phone and dealing with everything else, made me feel so comfortable. Had such a great consolation, no pressure and completely collaborative and constantly reassured and the final result was amazing. Just what we talked through during the consultation but even better, let feeling so confident. Best salon experience I’ve had in a very long time. Won’t be going anywhere else.
