I saw Tariq first before this visit and then as I need to prep my hair for eventually going grey, I need to take it slow. I saw Alex who made me feel at ease and he genuinely is a lovely person. He did my roots (gloss) and then a fantastic bob hair cut. Hair feels so much better. I think they all are genuine. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you x

Tarik was away so I booked with Alex on recommendation from the salon: they were extremely inflexible. I spent over 3h in the salon which is longer than any toning treatment I have ever done. I have never had a stylist have to tone my hair twice to get the right shade. He was complaining about my previous colouring job and even asked me if I got henna in it (comment felt racially motivated as I am south Asian). Blow dry was beyond average and feels dry because of how much it was shampooed.
