I had a very disappointing experience and feel that the service I received was not worth the amount of money I paid.
After my pedicure was finished, I was still sitting under the dryer waiting for my nail polish to dry when a member of staff started cleaning around me. He was splashing water carelessly, and it ended up all over my trousers. When I pointed this out, there was no apology or acknowledgment, which I found extremely unprofessional.
