After treatment I was in such a good place, Laura listened and made an assessment of what I needed and it re-centred and relaxed me as I had requested. I wish I could have a treatment every week !!

This was my first experience of a deep tissue massage. I found it really relaxing whilst at the same time, so effective in releasing the tension around my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing neck and shoulder pain.
