I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of reiki. Laura was so lovely and really took the time to chat to me beforehand so she could understand why I had chosen to try this. After the reiki, Laura spent time explaining where she felt my areas of need were and we have put a plan in place whereby I can alternate between having reiki and receiving a deep tissue massage every 2 weeks. The reiki treatment was such a relaxing experience and I would highly recommend this.

Laura was very flexible in finding a room for the treatment at short notice - and the treatment itself was blissfully relaxing and helped to ease tightness and stress in body and mind. Definitely recommended.
