First time I have visited Laura but was really welcomed and made to feel valued in the initial consultation which felt meaningful rather than the quick questionnaire/chat you usually have - Laura then tailored my treatment around this which was helpful - The treatment was fantastic and one of the best massages I have had - only disappointment was that it ended!
