I arrived to my appointment to find Rizwana was running behind. But she more than made up for it by applying my booked time and some extra time with added facial/neck massage as a goodwill gesture. I booked the signature facial which is tailored to your skin type, I requested blackhead/milia extractions. Rizwana carefully & manually removed, whilst listening to my concerns . She also double checked the ingredients of her products before applying to my sensitive skin. Really good experience.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I popped in for a last minute treatment as my usual lady wasn't available. I had such a great experience that I returned the following week for more treatments! Best wax I've ever had. Eyebrows were incredible too. Riz talked me through everything and explained everything in detail. She tailors everything to you and makes the experience feel so personalised. I ended up spending 2 hours in the salon on Sunday. I'd definitely recommend the Indian head massage too 💆♀️ Absolutely dreamy !! Thanks Riz I'll be back again after my holiday :)
