When we first walked in the salon the atmosphere felt like they were unorganised. And I booked a facial for 1 hour but they told me it’s only for 40 mins. The facial was nice though can’t complain for £25.

I think this might be my first one star review for anything! No face masks - for staff or customers. Crowded and lots of shouting. Treatment rooms are not a nice standard. Really didn’t like any part of this. After being there over 2 hours, I left without the eyebrow tinting. The man at reception then shouted at me to come back from all the way down the street. Everyone stared at me and I walked back - to show him my booking for the second time. Hair being done with Poundland kitchen foil.
I couldn’t find this place because it doesn’t exist! I called the venue and they have a different name and looks nothing like the pictures.
