The name of the eyebrow parlour was different to what was listed on Treatwell, so it was slightly difficult to locate. However, the salon owner confirm that the business was undergoing a name change. My booking was confirmed however other customers who were waiting were not aware and though that I jumped the queue but there was no hostility. The eyebrow threading technician was slightly unhygienic as she used her mouth to cut and hold the excess thread but this didn't touch my face.
