Although you book with Tamara, you may not actually be served by her, which is fine but that could be made clear. I found it difficult to find the studio, so instructions should be included in the booking notes. I received lots of good tips and I think the treatment itself was good but I think the use of products was quite limited (e.g. shampoo and after wash care products) so I felt like I had to go home and do a lot more work, which probably should have been included in what I paid for.
