Frith is a very experienced and knowledgable masseuse. She is reassuring, puts you at ease and treats you like a well respected friend. She worked very effectively on some ongoing shoulder pain and used combinations of breath work and touch to ease numerous aches and pains. She's very professional and passionate about her craft and at no point did i feel rushed out the door. I'd highly recommend her and will certainly book again.
