I’m down in St Leonard’s on sea and recovering from significant damage to my physical self, so decided to book myself a chakra massage.
Frith was warm, welcoming & took the time to explore what I needed
She was very clear about the treatment I was going to have.
Having worked with crystals and completing Reiki training myself, I had a good idea what to expect..
I’ve had many a massage that was with too hard or too soft
