Always great and quick service here at this busy Shepherd's Bush salon - they do nails, hair and treatments so it's handy to pop it for an hour to get a general "spruce up" and leave feeling much more groomed! I had lip and brow threading - the brow shape is always great - and a shellac pedi. Happy with the results.

Firstly I booked to come in on a Saturday for acrylic nail extensions, but had to re-arrange for the following Wednesday as the technician was ill. Then on Wednesday they called again saying she was still ill and if i could go on the weekend. A week after I originally booked to go in I went this afternoon... the place is tiny for the amount of people and work stations that were there, everyone was on top of each other and it just looked messy. The woman doing my nails hardly spoke to me but when she did she came across rude and uninterested. At one point she cut the corner or my finger with the little nail machine making it bleed, I didn't realise until after but she never even said anything to me and i was too shocked and uncomfortable to say anything. I went to the toilet and it was so dirty and disgusting. dont bother paying money for this place, my nails arnt even anything special

My gel manicure as really good! I have had the same beautician both times and she is consistently good. The general set up is quite basic and it is not the most relaxing place to have your nails done - but the treatments are good and it is good value for money (for London anyway!)
