I visited for the first time for a ladies wash, cut, and blow dry. It wasn't busy in the salon, but the whole thing was quite rushed! I was taken to have my hair washed before anyone asked how I would like it cut, or even looking at my hair. The actual haircut was good, and I am pleased with the result, but I found it quite nerve wracking having someone cut away at my hair, having only seen it wet, and a very short conversation.

The overall visit was fine, the lady I had do my treatments was nice and quick. Salon was however really packed with customers and hygine could be improved.

The lady wasn't very helpful and put so much hairspray in my hair it was completely solid with no movement. She was paying no attention to me and burnt my head with the hairdryer 3 times. Overall it should have been a treat and it wasn't i had to go home and try and fix my hair.

Efficient, good job, polite, not too much
Pointless polite conversation which I hate but I know some people do like..
