Had a great stylist - Daniela. I walked out looking amazing. She is great at her job. She was patient and thorough with my mane. Took the time to do 2 washes, brushed and detangled my hair while it absorbed the conditioner. She styled my hair out of passion as it wasn't part of the package. And she was quick. Didn't take forever. But felt unrushed. Somewhat relaxing.
I was late and they didn't punish me like most salons. Pleasant team working together. Clean salon. The only thing I wish I got was a head massage during conditioning. Can't recall if I declined a beverage. Got some magazines.
So I say go there.

It was a very quick and basic job, which was fine, until the staff began my treatment but walked away and forgot about me. I had to go to the front desk to remind them about me and ask someone to continue to take my shellac off. I wasn't offered a glass of water or drink, and was sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to finish my treatment. I most likely won't be going back.
