The problem was the beautician herself (wouldn't know the name as she did not introduced herself), not the shop nor treatwell.
I booked online for a full leg wax and eyebrows tinting.
Went to do the patch test and everyone was nice and helpful.
Then I went for my appointment... :(
The lady seemed to be in a rush, it took around 20 mins to do full leg wax - no surprise I got home with leftovers of hair and wax on my legs.
There was also a misunderstanding (even thought I booked online - so there is not much to misunderstand) as I wanted eyebrow tinting and she just started threading and then she said that I asked for threading and not tinting - but then again, she was in a rush, so did the tinting quickly and sent me home.

The lady wasn't very pleasant. I told her to be careful as I had a deep broken nail but she forgot and almost ripped it off. However I had other visits there which were very good previously
